Belkisa Trimi is an attorney at Schiltz & Schiltz. She joined the firm in 2024 and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar the same year.
Belkisa studied at the Faculty of Law in Nancy (France), where she earned a Master’s degree in applied contractual and property law and a second Master’s degree in Business Law, with a specialization in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law.
She authored two academic research papers during her studies, one entitled “Artificial intelligence and its challenges with regard to the European conception of data protection, ethics and fundamental rights” and the other one entitled “Between originality and imitation: The challenges of counterfeiting in the age of generative Artificial Intelligence”.
