Franz Schiltz is Managing Partner at Schiltz & Schiltz. He joined the firm in 1994, after being admitted to the Luxembourg Bar Association in 1993 and beginning his career in another Luxembourg law firm.
He has authored several articles in the fields of insurance law and banking law. Franz also taught insurance law from 2001 to 2015. He sat on the board of the Luxembourg Bar Association from 2000 to 2002.
Franz has been the treasurer of the Luxembourg Equestrian Federation (Fédération Luxembourgeoise des Sports Equestres, FLSE) since 2008, after serving as President of the FLSE Federal Court.
Franz holds a master's degree in Business Law from the Université Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
