Serge Marx is a Partner at Schiltz & Schiltz. He joined the firm in 2026, after having practiced for 30 years in another highly reputed Luxembourg law firm. He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1995.
He has authored numerous scholarly articles and is a regular speaker at conferences, particularly in the fields of public procurement law and environmental law.
Serge served as a member of the Luxembourg Bar Council in 2013 and 2014, and as member of the Disciplinary and Administrative Council of the Luxembourg Bar from 2017 to 2019. He sat also on the Conseil Supérieur de l’Aménagement du Territoire appointed in a personal capacity (by ministerial decrees) from 2011 to 2018.
Serge is currently a member of the editorial board of the Revue Luxembourgeoise de Droit Public since 2018, and a member of the Board of Directors and Vice-President of the Luxembourg Association for Environmental Law (A.L.D.E.), a scientific association since 2013.
Serge holds a Master degree in law (maîtrise en droit) from the University Robert Schuman of Strasbourg (France).
